I am so happy to introduce to you the Energy Booster's co-creator : Anneli Kentsdotter-Nilsson.

Anneli is a colleague and friend of mine and a great source of inspiration. Lots of people know her from her outstanding fitness classes at Träna in Umeå : http://www.traena.net/.
